Why do I always get harassed by “popular” guys? I want to kill myself!?
I’m considered emo and unpopular at my school and I’ve always been harassed by the so-called “hot guys” Whenever I go by they always whistle and call me hot, and of course they laugh when I ignore them. Then once someone asked for my cell phone number and a big group of girls laughed.
I’ve never had a boyfriend…ever. Do unpopular girls get harassed because their ugly or what? Because I have random people stop me in stores to tell me how pretty I am and stuff, and all my (few) friends are jealous of my skin, hair, eyes, everything. But I don’t feel pretty and smart when I’m being harassed…I feel completely alone and ugly. what are they trying to get out of me? Does this mean I am ugly?

I used to be in the same position. But one day I just said to them, “screw you”. They just think that they are so great because they are so called popular. And all of the popular girls, whatever! I have the same girls at my school. And having just a few friends is way better than having fake friends that dont even like you. The girls are just jeulose (?spelling) for how pretty you are. Just look at yourself in the mirror. Write on the mirror with dry erase markers all of the thing that you dont like about yourself, or names or whatever people say to you. Than take one good look at it, and than look at yourself. Do you really see yourself like that? If no, than wipe away all of those things, and than write down all of the things that you love about yourself, and all of the things you get complimented on, and than ask yourself if that is YOU. Know that NOBODY can take those things away from you. If random people come up to you in stores to tell you how pretty you are, it’s true. Dont tell yourself your ugly just because the “popular” people make you feel like that. I really hope I helped, because I know how it feels and it’s not a good feeling. I’m glad that you are actually somebody down to earth that knows that there is no such thing as popular.=P
