Can someone help me with changing my prepaid att phones?
I tried putting my sim card in my new at&t phone, but it keeps saying the smart chip is not inserted. It worked before i took out my friends old sim card when he gave me the phone, but now its not working, help?
For some odd reason, it just wouldnt recognize my sim card while i was trying to charge the phone, got it figured out now.
May not be compatible. If you go to an AT&T store they will give you a new one.
